Email Entry Method Official Rules
1. No purchase necessary. This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is void where prohibited by law and is open to legal residents of Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, and Rhode Island. Entrants must be age 21 and older. Entrants must be the parent or guardian of an enrolled Popcorn Club member.
2. To enter the “Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie” Popcorn Club Sweepstakes entrants must send an email to PopcornClub@ShowcaseCinemas.com. Entrants must provide their full name, address, date of birth, and the name(s) of their enrolled Popcorn Club member(s). Incomplete email entries are void. Use of a profane username or the submission of false or misleading personal information by an entrant will be grounds for disqualification. Determination of information to be profane, false, or misleading is at the sole discretion of National Amusements, Inc. (the “Sponsor”). Collection of personally identifiable information will be in accordance with the Sponsor Online Privacy Policy as posted in the website. All entries must be received after 12:01 am on March 1, 2018 and before 11:59 pm on March 5, 2018. Prizes provided by National Amusements, Inc. (the “Prize Provider”). Corporate entities are not eligible. No employees, immediate family members of employees (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses), and/or any individuals living in the same household of employees of the Sponsor or the Prize Provider (including all of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and advertising agencies) are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.
3. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission which may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the Sweepstakes. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void.
ALL ENTRANTS ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WARRANT THAT THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND RELEASE THE SPONSOR, THE PRIZE PROVIDER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND SHAREHOLDERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND DAMAGES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION AND/OR ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR AWARDING OR USE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR AND ITS DESIGNEES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the U.S. Void outside of the U.S. and where otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
4. The Grand Prize Winners will be selected by the Sponsor from a random drawing of all of the eligible entries received. The drawing will be held on or about March 6, 2018. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the Grand Prize Winners by the e-mail address provided at the time of entry.
5. All entrants and the Grand Prize Winners must be 21 years of age or older as of March 1, 2018. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and certify to the Sponsor that they are 21 years of age or older. As a condition to the awarding of a prize, the Grand Prize Winner and all of his or her guests (or, to the extent that any guest is a minor, such guest’s parent or legal guardian) will each be required to complete and sign the Sponsor’s Declaration and Release and whatever other documentation as may be required by Sponsor.
6. The “Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie” Popcorn Club Sweepstakes prizes are limited to: One (1) family four-pack of admission tickets to “Hey, Arnold! The Jungle Movie” per participating Popcorn Club location. Grand Prizes (“Prizes”): Up to twelve (12) Grand Prize packages will be awarded. Up to twelve (12) winners (“Winners”) will each receive one (1) family 4-pack of tickets to “Hey, Arnold! The Jungle Movie.” Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is forty dollars ($40.00).
7. Grand prize fulfillment will be handled by the Prize Provider. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and winners will be solely responsible for the payment of all local, state, and federal taxes, and all non-included expenses arising from this Sweepstakes.
8. The Grand Prize Winners agree that Sponsor and/or the Prize Provider (including all affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and advertising agencies) shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in the Prize and/or Sweepstakes.
9. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. There are no prize and/or cash substitutions. Winners’ entries and Winners’ and Guests’ acceptance of prize constitute permission to use their names, photographs and likenesses for purposes of advertising and promotion on behalf of the Sponsor and Prize Provider without additional compensation.
10. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
11. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated, illegible, misdirected, late, stolen, incorrect or incomplete entries.
12. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Non-compliance with these rules may result in disqualification and alternate winners may be selected.
