2017 National Amusements Starpass Justice League Premiere Screening Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary.  This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is open to legal residents of the following states: Connecticut; Massachusetts; New Jersey; New York; Ohio; and Rhode Island.  Entrants must be age 18 and older.  Entrants must be an enrolled member of the Showcase Starpass program.

2. There are two ways to enter the 2017 National Amusements Starpass Justice League Premiere Screening Sweepstakes. Starpass members who see four (4) or more qualifying RealD 3D films during the Starpass Summer 3D promotion from May 24-July 24, 2017, will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. Eligible titles and program details are available at https://www.showcasecinemas.com/programs/kids-and-families/starpass_3d_s.... Alternatively, Starpass members may send an email to starpassentries@national-amusements.com.  Entrants must provide their full name, address, date of birth, and Starpass membership number.  Incomplete email entries are void.  Use of a profane username or the submission of false or misleading personal information by an entrant will be grounds for disqualification.  Determination of information to be profane, false, or misleading is at the sole discretion of National Amusements, Inc. (the “Sponsor”).  Collection of personally identifiable information will be in accordance with the Sponsor Online Privacy Policy as posted in its website.  All entries must be received after 12:01 am on May 24, 2017 and before 11:59 pm on July 14, 2017.  Prizes provided by the Sponsor. Corporate entities are not eligible.  No employees, immediate family members of employees (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses), and/or any individuals living in the same household of employees of the Sponsor, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and/or the Prize Fulfiller (including any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and advertising agencies) are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Sponsor, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and the Prize Fulfiller (including any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and advertising agencies) are sometimes hereinafter referred to as the “Indemnified Parties”.

3. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission which may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes.  If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the Sweepstakes.  Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void.

ALL ENTRANTS ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WARRANT THAT THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND RELEASE THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND SHAREHOLDERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY/AND ALL CLAIMS AND DAMAGES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION AND/OR ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR AWARDING OR USE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.  ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR AND ITS DESIGNEES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.  This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.  Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the U.S. Void outside of the U.S. and where otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

4. The Grand Prize winner will be selected by the Sponsor from a random drawing of all of the eligible entries received.  The drawing will be held on or about July 26, 2017.  The Sponsor will attempt to notify the Grand Prize winner by email. 

5. All entrants and the Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older as of May 24, 2017.  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and certify to the Sponsor that they are 18 years of age or older.  As a condition to the awarding of the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel guest will each be required to complete and sign the Sponsor’s Declaration and Release and whatever other documentation as may be required by Sponsor.

6. The 2017 National Amusements Starpass Justice League Premiere Screening Sweepstakes prize is limited to: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize package will be awarded. One (1) trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California to attend the world premiere screening of Justice League in November 2017. Specific travel dates to be determined. The winner and his/her guest must each be eighteen (18) years of age or older.

7. The Grand Prize consists of:
Airfare: Roundtrip airfare for winner and guest. Departure airport and arrival airport will be determined by RealD Inc. (the “Prize Fulfiller”) in its sole discretion.

Hotel Accommodation & Airport Transfer: Three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations. Hotel selection will be determined by Prize Fulfiller in its sole discretion. 

Two (2) tickets to the Premiere Screening of Justice League in November 2017. Specific date and time to be determined by Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.

Total verifiable approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000.00).  

The Grand Prize winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. The guest whom may accompany the Grand Prize winner must also be eighteen (18) years of age or older; accommodation is based on the Grand Prize winner and guest sharing one room (double occupancy); a valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee the Grand Prize winner’s room on check in; additional hotel and airline restrictions may apply; prize does not include, personal expenses, incidentals, or food and drink unless otherwise stated; all elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered; once confirmed, the Grand Prize cannot be amended or cancelled; the Grand Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; any necessary travel identifications or insurance are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and guest; the Grand Prize winner and travel guest must travel on the same itinerary.  All taxes not specified herein will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, including without limitation, federal and state taxes. Upon request from the Grand Prize winner, the Prize Fulfiller will issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual value of the Grand Prize. However, the Grand Prize winner’s failure to receive an IRS Form 1099 from the Prize Fulfiller does not relieve the Grand Prize winner of applicable tax requirements.

8. No substitution, exchange or cash redemption of the Grand Prize is permitted.  This Sweepstakes is subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. The Grand Prize winner and guest are advised to arrive at least one (1) hour prior to the premiere screening start time.  No one will be admitted without a ticket or after the premiere screening begins. If, for whatever reason, the premiere screening of the film is cancelled or rescheduled after the tickets are ticketed, no compensation will be paid in lieu of any cancelled or rescheduled showing of the film.  No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or the Prize Fulfiller if the premiere screening is cancelled, rescheduled, delayed or postponed, in whole or in part.  Unused tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Tickets do not gain entrance to after party.

10. In the event that the Grand Prize winner (and/or his or her guest (if applicable) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or the Prize Fulfiller in its or their absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to have the Grand Prize winner and/or guest removed from the screening.

11. Grand Prize fulfillment will be handled by the Prize Fulfiller.  The Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for the payment of all local, state, and federal taxes, and all non-included expenses arising from this Sweepstakes that are not specifically included in the description of the Grand Prize above.

12. The Grand Prize winner and guest agree that the Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in the Grand Prize and/or the Sweepstakes.

13. Winner’s entry and acceptance of the Grand Prize by the Grand Prize winner and his or her guest constitutes permission to use the Grand Prize winner and his or her guest’s names, photographs and likenesses for purposes of advertising and promotion on behalf of the Sponsor without additional compensation.

14. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

15. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.  The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated, illegible, misdirected, late, stolen, incorrect or incomplete entries.

16. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Non-compliance with these rules may result in disqualification and alternate winners may be selected.
