("National Amusements" or "we") has created special policies for the collection, use, and disclosure of information from children ("children" or "child" 12 years of age or under). A parent or legal guardian can revoke the right to gather and/or use personally identifiable information of a child. We will, upon such event, immediately purge all that information. Such revocation will result in the termination of the affected child’s participation in the program. Security of Information: We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your personally identifiable information and the personally identifiable information of your child or children. We allow access to personal information only to persons engaging in activity provided for by the Popcorn Club® Online Privacy Policy. We use Secure Socket Layer technology, among other technologies, to protect any credit card information that parents may provide us.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event that National Amusements or any of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal information acquired by National Amusements may be one of the assets transferred.
Changes to This Privacy Statement: On occasion, it may be necessary for us to change the terms of the Popcorn Club® Online Privacy Policy. To ensure that you are aware of current privacy practices, we recommend that you check our website and The Popcorn Club® Terms and Conditions periodically. We will not collect any other personal information from your child or make any other use of your child's personal information unless we receive your express, verifiable consent to do so, unless covered in The Popcorn Club® Terms and Conditions.
Communicating with Children and Other Uses: When a child attempts to provide his or her personal information for any reason other than discussed immediately above, we will attempt to notify the child's parent or guardian of our privacy policies and offer him or her an opportunity to consent to the collection and use of personal information from the child.
How You Can Review Collected Information: We believe that parents should be involved in their children's online activities. Upon request, we will provide parents and guardians with a description of the categories of personal information we have collected from their children and an opportunity to review all personal information we have collected from their children.
