National Amusements, Inc. ("National Amusements" or "we") has created special policies for the collection, use, and disclosure of information from children ("children" or "child" 12 years of age or under). Our  general Online Privacy Policy describes information collection, use, and disclosure practices for visitors ages 13 and older visiting our websites.

Collection Information: Non-Personal Information Certain non-personal information about visits to our website is recorded by the standard operation of the Internet servers on which our website is operated. The non-personal information that we collect includes the type of operating system in use (e.g., Macintosh or Windows), the type of browser being used by the visitor (e.g., Chrome or Internet Explorer), IP addresses, and the number and frequency of visitors to our website.

Personal Information: We may request certain personal information, such as first and last name, date of birth, home or other physical address, e-mail address, telephone number, parents' credit card information, online account numbers, and passwords, from individuals who visit our website. We do not, however, make participation in any website activity contingent on disclosure of more personal information than is, in our opinion, reasonably necessary to participate in that activity. The information you provide, including your child's gender and age when you enroll your child in the Popcorn Club (collectively, "your Information") for operating and administering the Club. Security of Information: We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your personally identifiable information and the personally identifiable information of your child or children. We allow access to personal information only to persons engaging in activity provided for by the Popcorn Club® Online Privacy Policy. We use Secure Socket Layer technology, among other technologies, to protect any credit card information that parents may provide us.

Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event that National Amusements or any of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal information acquired by National Amusements may be one of the assets transferred.

Changes to This Privacy Statement: On occasion, it may be necessary for us to change the terms of the Popcorn Club® Online Privacy Policy. To ensure that you are aware of current privacy practices, we recommend that you check our website and The Popcorn Club® Terms and Conditions periodically. We will endeavor not to materially change how we handle previously collected information without providing notice and choice as to how we use that information on our website.

How You Can Consent To The Collection, Use, And Disclosure Of Information: If we have collected your child's name and/or online contact information in order to allow him or her to participate in The Popcorn Club® personalized activities or features, we will e-mail you a notice offering you an opportunity to opt out of this use at any time.  A parent or legal guardian can revoke the right to gather and/or use personally identifiable information of a child, and we will, upon such event, immediately purge that information, resulting in the termination of the affected child's particpation in the program.  We will not collect any other personal information from your child or make any other use of your child's personal information unless we receive your express, verifiable consent to do so, unless covered in The Popcorn Club® Terms and Conditions.

Communicating with Children and Other Uses: When a child attempts to provide his or her personal information for any reason other than discussed immediately above, we will attempt to notify the child's parent or guardian of our privacy policies and offer him or her an opportunity to consent to the collection and use of personal information from the child.

How You Can Review Collected Information: We believe that parents should be involved in their children's online activities. Upon request, we will provide parents and guardians with a description of the categories of personal information we have collected from their children and an opportunity to review all personal information we have collected from their children.  We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the person requesting information about a child is that child's parent or guardian.
