Starpass Terms and Conditions

National Amusements Inc.,(“Showcase”), Showcase Starpass (“Starpass”), Starpass Members (“Members”), Starpass Card ("Card"), Starpass Program ("Program"), Starpass Membership Agreement ("Agreement"), Reward Vouchers ("Rewards"), Director Status ("Status"), and all related and/or associated elements and aspects of the Program are the property of Showcase.

The Card is not a debit, credit or billing card.

The Card is non-transferable and must be returned to Showcase upon request.

Registration for the Program and/or use of the Card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Program, as amended from time to time, including without limitation, all terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Showcase, from time to time, may change the Program rules, regulations, benefits, terms of the Agreement, conditions of participation and/or point levels, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated Rewards and/or Status, and/or some or all of the benefits of the Program.

Showcase may: (i) change or terminate the Program and/or the Program partners; (ii) withdraw, limit, modify and/or cancel any award or benefit (including, but not limited to Rewards and/or Status); (iii) increase the points required for any award or benefit (including, but not limited to Rewards and/or Status); (iv) modify or regulate the transferability of awards or benefits (including, but not limited to Rewards and/or Status); and/or (v) add an unlimited number of blackout dates or limit the times for which any award or benefit (including, but not limited to Rewards and/or Status) may be used or applied.

Members who sign up for the Program are automatically opted in and agree to receive e-mail updates and offers from Showcase. 

Ten (10) Program points will be earned for every dollar ($1) spent on eligible purchases.

Members will have online convenience fees for Showcase purchases waived through specified ticketing partners:, Fandango, and Atom for a limited time. Tickets purchased from other providers are not eligible for this waiver.

A Card must be presented when purchasing tickets at the box office or the Card must be swiped when prompted at our Automated Box Office for points to be awarded to a Member’s account. A Card number must be entered in the appropriate area on Fandango, and Atom's respective transaction pages.

Members who do not register online prior to picking up their Card in theatre must activate their Card to receive Rewards earned through the Program.  This can be done by visiting  Points will accrue on the Card and any Rewards earned will be queued until a subsequent theatre visit after a successful Card activation.

Gift Card, Gift Pack, and Prestige Ticket purchases are not eligible for Program points.

The Program is available at participating Showcase theatres in the United States.  Starpass is not available at Showcase SuperLux.

Once a Member has reached 2,500 points in any calendar year, that Member achieved Status.

A Card must be swiped at the box office, Automated Box Office, concessions, Chatters, Studio 3 and Lux Level to receive any earned Rewards.  The entire receipt or voucher must be presented at a theatre box office or concession stand in order to redeem your Rewards.

Rewards expire 90 days from the date of issue with the exception of the birthday popcorn voucher which expires 30 days from the date of issue.

Rewards can only be used in transactions subsequent to the one in which they were qualified, issued and/or awarded with the exception of the birthday popcorn voucher which can be used immediately.

Free ticket Rewards are not valid for movies playing in the Director's Halls, Lux Level, IMAX, and 3D features without purchasing an upgrade with a corresponding premium fee.

Rewards and the benefits received by Status Members are non-transferable. Use of express lines may, at the discretion of Showcase be extended to the immediate party of the Member who has achieved Status.

Each Member is responsible for advising Showcase of any change of name, e-mail or postal address on his or her account. Failure to so notify may result in loss of Rewards and/or Status.

Showcase reserves the right to reject a request to change an e-mail or postal address.

Showcase reserves the right to audit any and all Members' accounts at any time and without notice to the Member to ensure compliance with the rules set forth for the Program.

Showcase reserves the right to disqualify any person from further participation in the Program and/or special promotions if, in  Showcase's sole judgment, that person has violated the conditions of the Program or in any way received points through fraudulent means or as a result of a fraudulent transaction or ineligible purchase. Disqualification will result in termination of an individual's membership, loss of accumulated points, the cancellation of any unused Rewards and the forfeiture of such individual's Card and any applicable benefits received by Status Members.

Showcase reserves the right to adjust Member accounts (and/or revoke Rewards previously issued, and/or benefits received by Status Members) if points have been award erroneously regardless of the basis or mechanism for such an award.

The sale, purchase or barter of points, Rewards or tickets and/or Cards violates Program rules, is illegal and subjects the violator to liability for damages and litigation and transaction costs. Violators will have their accounts terminated; all Rewards and benefits received by Status Members forfeited and will be subject to prosecution. Improperly obtained vouchers, tickets and/or Rewards are VOID and will be confiscated.

The Program is not available to corporations, entities, organizations and other non-natural persons.

Enrollment in the Program is limited to individuals AT LEAST 13 years of age. Individuals less than 13 years of age will not be issued a Card and will not be eligible to participate in the Program.
